We’ve chosen three our of favorite greens — kale, spinach, and Swiss chard — but feel free to replace them with whatever greens you have at hand.
Now, we urge you to not skip this step because the blend of lemon and lime juice will make this baby taste so much better and disguise any bitterness the greens and the celery may have on your juice.
The kiwi adds even more vitamin C, and with the apple, gives a sweet coating to the cayenne pepper, which lends extra detox power.

1-2 large kale leaves
1 cup spinach
1-2 Swiss chard leaves
½ green apple
1 ripe kiwi
1 celery stalk
1 small cucumber
Juice of half a lemon
Juice of half a lime
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 cup filtered water
1 scoop of Sparkle Collagen with Verisol®
Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend till smooth. Strain the juice from the pulp using a baking sieve. Tip: If your blender is having a bit of trouble moving all the produce, add a bit more water.
Or if you have a juicer, nix the water and add more fruit and veggies to make up the volume of juice, then add Sparkle Collagen after.
