This creamy dreamy smoothie is packed full of skin nutrition — acai gives loads of antioxidants, while coconut water hydrates and has potassium which enables cellular cleansing.

It’s got avocado that has a surprisingly good amount of vitamin C and moisturizing fatty acids. Don’t forget the coconut oil that’s also nourishing for your skin.

Recipe:

1 tablespoon acai powder

1½ cups coconut water

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

½ avocado

1 teaspoon coconut oil

½ cup frozen berries or ice (optional)

Tip: You don’t really need other fruit in this smoothie as the coconut water naturally sweetens everything up. If you do want fruit, add frozen berries for extra antioxidant oomph.
