There are so many ways to make an acai bowl and there are no rules except making it the way you like it.

At Sparkle HQ, we love a super-thick acai smoothie as the base and then go crazy with the toppings.


1 tablespoon acai powder

1 tablespoon protein powder

1 tablespoon ground oats

1 cup water

1 frozen banana

½ cup mixed frozen berries

½ avocado

1 scoop Sparkle Collagen with Verisol®

Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Add a little water if the smoothie is too thick to move.
