It’s almost the end of fig season so what better way to get as much of this fruit than having it in a smoothie and then topping your bowl with more figs?
This smoothie bowl is low in sugar without any banana or apple and the flavor is extremely figgy for you fig-obsessed folks out there, like us! There is some sweetness from our Sparkle Skin Boost Apple Ginger that has stevia.
We love that it’s full of fiber from the zucchini and flax and packed with omegas from the coconut yogurt, chia seeds, and avocado (which makes this smoothie bowl gorgeously thick!)
3 frozen figs
1 small zucchini, chopped
1 scoop Sparkle Skin Boost Apple Ginger
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut yogurt
1 tablespoon flax seed meal
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 1/2 cups of filtered water
Toppings: blueberries, bee pollen, fresh figs
