When the going gets tough and you feel overwhelmed, don’t panic — just do the next thing. If you ever catch yourself in a maelstrom of anxiety and stress, take a moment to breathe deeply, and think, “What can I do next to feel better?” When you have loads to tackle, just do one thing at a time, and you’ll get there. And you’ll feel so much better for hanging in there, staying calm, and doing the next thing you are supposed to do.
