1-inch knob of ginger
2 tablespoons of water
Squeeze of lemon juice

Pinch of stevia or choice of sweetener* (optional)
1½ cups of soda water
In a food processor, blend the ginger with two tablespoons of water and lemon juice to form a paste. Add a bit more water if necessary. In a glass, pop in a scoop of Sparkle Collagen with the ginger paste, pour in the soda water slowly. Stir to dissolve, let the mixture rest to let the ginger settle at the bottom of the glass, then add ice.
If you don’t like having ginger pieces in your drink, add more water to your ginger paste and strain. You will get raw ginger juice concentrate and all you need is to top it off with soda.
