Our breakfast smoothie recipe today is inspired by chocolate-covered strawberries on Valentine’s Day.
The small chunks of dark chocolate are an absolute treat and you can relish in the fact that they contain lots of skin-loving antioxidants.
A scoop of orange-flavored Sparkle collagen peptides will lend a lovely citrus taste and help your skin stay plump and radiant.
I cup frozen strawberries
1½ almond milk
2-3 squares of dark chocolate
1 scoop Sparkle Collagen
1 teaspoon brown rice syrup or choice of sweetener (optional)
The result is a slightly tart and chocolately beverage so if you prefer your smoothie sweeter, you could add some brown rice syrup. And the girly dark pink color would put you in a great mood even before you sip on it.
