Cranberry Chia Seed Jam Parfait

Making your own jam sounds very time consuming but you don’t have to be a domestic goddess to make this tasty and gorgeous looking parfait.

You only really need 20 minutes of prep time for the chia seed jam and the rest is all about assembling the ingredients.

This parfait is full of skin-loving omega fatty acids from the coconut yogurt and chia seeds, plus gut-friendly probiotics to boot. Your skin will lap this baby up.



2 cups of fresh cranberries

2 tablespoons of maple syrup

Juice of 1 fresh orange

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

1 cup of coconut yogurt

1 cup of granola

1 scoop of Sparkle Collagen with Verisol®


Combine the cranberries, orange juice, and maple syrup in a pot. Over medium heat, stir the fruit to keep it from burning. Switch off the fire when it comes a thick sauce — let it cool down and then add the chia seeds.

The chia seeds would turn the jam into a sticky consistency and a batch can last a week in the fridge.

Stir the collagen peptide powder into the yogurt until it dissolves.

Layer a mason jar or glass with your granola of choice, the chia seed jam, and the coconut yogurt.
